360° Farmer Mind China - offering long term sustainable solutions

On my recent visit to China, I had the opportunity to meet local growers in Liaoning. The visit was part of the 360° Farmer Mind program, initiated by Haifa Group, in order to understand firsthand the actual and most important needs of the local growers, and to offer a long term sustainable solutions.

With a population estimated at over 45 million people, Liaoning province has the largest provincial economy of Northeast China. Agriculture is a highly developed industry, supplying not only the province's needs but for all the broader China.

During the visit I met growers representing farms with a range of area sizes. From small single crop based farms to large and diversified ones. All are looking for efficient and sustainable solutions of increasing both quality and yield of their crops.

In one of the villages I met a group of pepper growers who cultivate their 15 Mu (a Chinese measuring units), which is roughly 1 hectare, greenhouse. Already familiar with Haifa products, the growers reported good results while using Haifa Poly-Feed™ water soluble fertilizers, and expressed their satisfaction from the data and recommendations they received from the Haifa local agronomist in the past.
