Haifa East Asia proudly participated in the "Sustainable Agricultural Innovation" Seminar Event held in Songkla Province, Thailand, on August 14-15, 2024. The event was a vibrant gathering of thought leaders, innovators, and agricultural experts, showcasing the latest advancements and sustainable agricultural practices.
The event featured several captivating activities, including the 3rd Agricultural Innovation and Natural Resources Conference, which was held internationally for the first time. The gathering also hosted the Meeting of the Council of Deans of Agriculture of Thailand, which was pivotal in shaping the future of agricultural education and innovation in the region.
Attendees were particularly drawn to the specialized seminars, such as the rubber culture seminar titled “Build Rubber Plantations, Sell Latex Today, Sell Carbon Credits in the Future”. Environmental issues of livestock farms were also discussed. The professional sessions highlighted innovative approaches to sustainability and the potential for future growth in the agricultural sector.
Local culture and produce were celebrated through events like the Siam Durian and Ruby Orange Contest and the 3rd Bekhala Chicken Festival. These activities not only emphasized the importance of agricultural innovation but also showcased the richness of Thailand’s agricultural heritage.
