Social Synergy: Our Social & Community Initiatives

Haifa Group is committed to maximizing our positive impact on surrounding communities—where we live, work, and wherever our value chain reaches. In 2023, our employees dedicated over 2,000 hours to volunteer activities. We continuously expand employee volunteer opportunities and encourage involvement in various initiatives. By 2030, at least 70% of our employees will be engaged in volunteer activities.

Our initiatives include

Educational Farms
We established an educational farm in Dimona, Israel, to foster agricultural education and sustainable farming practices. The success of the farm, drove other the willing of additional municipalities to create similar collaborations.

Sponsoring a Paralympic Athlete
Through our subsidiary Haifa France, we support Anaïs Vincent, a road hand bike cyclist representing France in the 2024 Paralympics.

Race to Fund Cancer Treatment
We support a team competing in the "Roparun," a 500K relay race raising funds for individuals battling cancer.

Special in Uniforms
We support the integration of young adults with special needs into military and occupational services in Israel.

Haifa Helping Hands

Haifa Helping Hands is a volunteer initiative across our European offices. Partnering with local food banks on World Food Day (16 October 2024), our employees participated in activities to support those in need, while our network of growers donated fresh, nutritious produce to help provide healthy food to local communities.
